Three classes during the tour, including one meditation with Tibetan bowls.
The price of individual classes is listed in the programme.
The price of the whole course is US $80 per person.
Advance booking with a tour leader is required before the beginning of the programme.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING A TOUR:
The tour is suitable for everyone who is in a normal physical form and does not suffer from locomotor and cardiovascular diseases. For those who find it difficult to walk on rough terrain, it is possible to organise a transfer to the place of an overnight stay (a lodge or a hotel) - it is necessary to notify the tour leader in advance.
In this case, the tour leader goes with the main group on the route and does not accompany the tourist on the supplementary transfer.
Additional transfers that are not included in the itinerary are paid by the travellers themselves.
