    Lunches and dinners for the group are available a la carte or in buffet style. When choosing a la carte dishes, the price includes one appetiser and one soup or hot dish.
    The menu is discussed and ordered in advance.
    Drinks are not included in the price of lunches and dinners.

  • ** Porters & mountain guides
    One porter carries luggage of no more than 12 kg per person, or a maximum of 24 kg.
    After completing the trek, porters and mountain guides expect tips—this is customary in Nepal.
    The tip amount is at the discretion of the tourists, but is typically between $25-$30.
  • *** Flights & transfers
    Please check with us the recommended flight when booking your tour.

    If you are departing separately from the group (at a completely different time), the cost of the group transfer will be deducted from the tour price.
    This is approximately the equivalent of a taxi ride from central Kathmandu to the airport ($7-$10 per car).
  • BEFORE BOOKING THE TOUR
    This tour is suitable even for families with children aged 7+ and anyone in reasonable physical condition who does not suffer from musculoskeletal or cardiovascular diseases.

    A mandatory requirement for participation in the tour is insurance coverage for "trekking in the mountains up to 3,500 m."
